1. Fuel injectors can develop deposits of varnish from low-grade gasoline. The cheapest gasoline available is more likely to create problems for fuel injectors because it does not have adequate detergents in it to remove varnish deposits.
2. To reduce the risk of build up on fuel injectors, either purchase high-grade name brand gasoline or have the injector cleaned by Terra Clean yearly.
3. “Dirty” fuel injectors cause misfiring of the engine, incomplete combustion and emissions problems in addition to drastically reducing engine performance and mileage.
